Egg & Proscuitto Toast

I may as well call this heaven for breakfast, its just that good. We love making this when we have a fresh loaf of sourdough bread, which is good as-is, but these toppings send it over the top. This is inspired by Cafe Roze’s country ham toast, its very similar and very easy to make in the comfort of your own home.

INGREDIENTS (makes 2 servings)

  • 2 slices fresh sourdough bread

  • 6 slices proscuitto

  • 4 eggs

  • parmigiano reggiano

  • butter
